5 minutes was fair enough considering Evra and Osmond were down for a while, and there were a fuckton of goals.

If city beat Wolves today, then Man United next week, they'll be level on points with them with a better goal difference when they come here.

Btw is there any chance this can now replace us against the murderers as "the greatest game in history" © please. With highlights shown every year to replace the sight of wifebeater Collymore getting mobbed at the Kop end nigh on 20 years ago. It might well be every bit as decisive in the outcome of a title too, so fucking get it sorted, Sky.

Coming back to beat Leicester 4-3? Nee Chance. 4-0 down then 4-4 with Arsenal? Wasn't 'live' so they're not interested. If you look at Sky's opening captions you'll see iconic players of certain clubs running away in celebration after scoring and the sum total of their NUFC footage? KK slumped over an advertising hoarding at Anfield. But Sky loves us, though.

Due to the status of both clubs at the time and the difficulty in overturning such precendents I don't think the 4-3 will be pipped (at least according to Sky) anytime soon.

The former means this game/ours with Arsenal hasn't overtaken it and the latter means that even the 3-3 draw between Man U and Chelsea in January hasn't really caused much of a stir by comparison.

The 4-3 was a game between historical and contemporary giants with major ramifications for the title race and crucially was the first that Sky could really jump up and down about so they're not going to replace it as The Greatest Ever anytime soon.

To be fair as well it had a see-saw element to it which has hardly been rivalled since (the mackems versus Charlton Wembley play off was better mind). Of course, as a geordie I'd much rather lose 4-3 thean get a scrappy 1-0 win. Obviously why aye man.
