Jill 0
Definitely Masterchef (or the celeb version) and Come Dine With Me. I really like the cheesy documentary style shows you get on National Geographic etc. Like where they have a full day of Air Crash Investigation or Bible Uncovered, or stuff about the middle ages. Meenzer 15347
Definitely Masterchef (or the celeb version) and Come Dine With Me. Oh yes. Sunday afternoon/evening omnibus --> productivity = zero. I really like the cheesy documentary style shows you get on National Geographic etc. Like where they have a full day of Air Crash Investigation or Bible Uncovered, or stuff about the middle ages. This too. Think I've seen them all now, mind. Perversely, it's made me a little bit less scared to fly. Speaking of which, why the fuck are you watching it, given how much you hate getting on a plane?

Speaking of which, why the fuck are you watching it, given how much you hate getting on a plane? I was doing my usual Sunday afternoon cabbaging on the sofa in front of the TV and fell asleep, woke up and some big bastard Boeing was hurtling out of the sky. Ended up watching the full series. I was hoping it might make me less scared, through understanding it a little bit more.. but no. Last time I flew there was a strange noise from beneath (not me shitting myself, but that nearly followed) and I convinced myself a crucial cargo door had opened or something. As if I wasn't concerned enough that I'd only been able to check one side of the plan for sellotape that had been left on!
