(Star) Manchester City boss Mark Hughes fears he will be priced out of a move for striker Roque Santa Cruz, who Blackburn are valuing at £18m. Fergie said he wasn't going to add to his sqad and on the 2nd of January he had two Serbs on board and as far as I know he has already added a third player.
