It's a strange one. What jurisdiction does the court have, who will pick the judges etc.? Obviously he is an evil person who deserves to die but I can just see it being a very long-winded show trial. That should keep the lawyers happy like.

when you think that ordering the killing of 143 people is " not necessarily the most serious one" you get some idea of what sort of person he was....... sorry is

And it's just coincidence that they picked one which the west didn't have a hand in.

 

If the gassing of the Kurds would be harder to prove, why did they go on about it so much before the invasion?
