My Mam never felt easy south of the River (even though she did travel quite a bit overseas TBH)

 

She would always try and avoid seeing any of her relatives who moved to such appalling spots as Lobley Hill, Dunston or Gateshead

Not sure if tonights Channel 4 programme was a repeat but the epilogue shocked me. Apparently the hoaxer and the ripper have been exchanging correspondence. The ripper telt the hoaxer he was to blame for the last 3 murders, that he had 'blood on his hands'. He also said he'd like them to meet.

 

 

I can't help but think of Lex Luthor and Otis.
