No problem, theres a hundred other places it can be promoted and its better to spend my time on those. Plus they have a resident member on there so I'll let him talk to them.

I read it differently, as someone else put it, taking it off the market means nothing. If I had a car for sale and couldnt seem to sell it no matter how many adverts I had in Autotrader then Id stop advertising it. If however someone came along and offered me the right money for it then Id sell. All I believe MA has done is stop throwing money Keith Harris's way.

I heard it yesterday about 10.30 but it was being repeated by the SSN presenter rather than by anyone live, they said NUSC feel that it was announced to spoil the Bobby One Banner day and is the worst possible late Christmas present.

 

Tom himself says that he's heard bits throughout the day about what had been said, as did others who watched it and have been discussing it on N-O, of course it must be all bollocks and we're only saying it to bring the good name of NUSC down.

For me, it's more about hanging onto what we have in January. We could still do with some bodies in but I'd be happy with 2-3 (good) loan signings if Owen etc. stayed.

As for Fop's question, I don't know what he's going to spend and i don't really care either as long as he brings in another player or two of the quality of Bassong, Jonas and Coloccini, but then again I'm more interested in the quality of player rather than being appeased by spending money.
