LeazesMag 0
Just archived some old pm's to my email address for archiving. What do I do now, there doesn't seem to be a way of importing them - or however you format them ?
Tom 14021
You are going to have to explain that again. Are you clearing space or just organising?
LeazesMag 0
You are going to have to explain that again. Are you clearing space or just organising? well, it says "they will be sent to your email address" as an excell file
Tom 14021
I still don't understand what you are trying to do. Are you moving emails from two different addresses?
LeazesMag 0
I still don't understand what you are trying to do. Are you moving emails from two different addresses? no, pm's are full up so I've binned some and want to save some. So I tried to "send them to my email address to archive as an excell file" ? It has came through as a huge document with no splitting or anything and loads of html
Tom 14021
If they are toontastic PM's you could always save them in notepad or word and keep them on your hard drive. A copy and paste job.

A copy and paste job. take a lot of time that though, it says you can send them as one big file so I tried it. has nobody else had this happen ? Tom 14021
Right I have just tried that - I honestly never knew you could do it. When you go to archive you messages archive them as a HTML file and then when you go to open it open it in your browser. You will receive an email containing the messages - open them into your browser whenever you open them and as it is a HTML file you should be fine. Let me know how you get on
