As in ethernet cable? I need to know this as well funny enough. I've got the bairn a computer and was hoping I could connect a wireless modem to my existing cable modem with an ethernet cable. If not, would a wireless dongle on the bairns Mac pick up the airport from my computer and allow the bairn to access the net through it. So many questions, so few answers, fucking useless when it comes to wireless, all new shit to me. TIA

Fop 1
I think you'd probably have to buy either a cable modem with built in wireless router (and just use that) OR a stand alone wireless router (and plug that into your cable modem). Although you might be able to get a cable/ASDL modem & wireless router one with a built in WAN connection too.
