GafferTape 0
I'd go to a lot more games, although based in the south, tickets will probably be still hard to come by for away games. I'm just too fucking bored (well, and poor) to go to games at the moment. The problem if we go down is that every club in the fizzy league will take us on like their cup final, and we'll be fucked for a couple of seasons. Although i think if Owen stays until the summer and stays fit, we'll stay up. He's got enough goals in him.

It would be immense irony that the bloke who we've all grumbled about one time or another keeps us up.
Fop 1
We shouldn't really be talking of relegation in these terms. We'd immediately lose all our best players and coming back would be hard. Might take 2/3 seasons. Not only that but we wouldn't come back up like last time, we'd maybe be lucky to come back up as strongly as Stoke have come up this season. peasepud 59
Can I just say that if we go down then I dont want us to come straight back up. I would hope that we'd see a period of stabilisation and rebuilding before storming the league the season after, otherwise we're likely to become a yo-yo club in the mould of the makems. I know I'll be slated for that but its just my view, I think everyone needs some contemplation time and not just jump straight back on the "when we get to Europe" wagon as soon as we've won the first half a dozen games. Tom 14013
I don't think being a Yo Yo club is an option. We have a few players who simply would not play in the Championship. I think two seasons minimum.

Andrew 4856
The championship is not an easy league to play in its very possible we would be down for a while if we went down so I'll stick to hoping we stay up
Guest alex
Stat attack: we've played 16 games and we've won 3 at home and none away from home. No other PL side has won less games than us.
