smoggeordie 0
www.nufc.co.uk Magpies Away Trip - Middlesbrough Magpies are pleased to announce the first Away Trip of the 2008/09 season. This time we're travelling to Riverside Stadium on Saturday 29th November to see Newcastle play Middlesbrough. The Magpie team are inviting you to apply for tickets. It's a fantastic family day out with a great opportunity to see some quality football especially from our new signings!! Places are limited? "Don't Delay - Act Today" Price is £99 for one adult and one child The price includes return coach transport from St James' Park and tickets into the game for one adult and one child. We'll also keep you entertained on the journey with films and competitions, and the Junior Magpies team are always at hand ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 100 quid for £49 worth of tickets plus coach travel? so effectively you'd be paying 30 odd quid to watch some films on a bus? (if you assume coach travel is a tenner each) How stupid do they think our fans are? And it seems like whoever wrote the article isn't sure if plaes are limited or not

Guest alex
Craig Hope. I wonder if our "New signings!!!!!!!" are going to include Leighton Baines. "Once the coach is full; it's full!!" Apart from being blindingly obvious, why the semi-colon??!!
Craig 6701
Once the coach is full it's full?? Fucking hell man, you've no chance of filling that! As smog says, they're wanting £50 for the journey - cheaper to drive and park, shirley?

Ketsbaia 0
I also love the generic "Don't delay - Act Today!" line It sounds like something you'd see on a leaflet at your GP's clinic, not an advert for an overpriced day out at the football.
