Jimbo 175
From the sunny shores of Caister on Sea, i do try my hardest not to associate myself with Great Yarmouth though. I'm not far from you at all, I'm in Lowestoft, and as for G***t Y******h, I think it is almost worth an immediate ban for using that name on the board

I'm not far from you at all, I'm in Lowestoft, and as for G***t Y******h, I think it is almost worth an immediate ban for using that name on the board I know, all i ask is that people don't hold it against me! To be honest i went into Yarmouth the other day for the first time in a few years (we have just got a nice new debenhams built) and it reminded me why i never go there. Saying that i have spent quite alot of time in Lowestoft through work and various other means and it isnt too much better! The one thing i will always remember lowestoft for is the number of youth football teams, as a kid we seemed to be playing there every week. Meenzer 15716
By proximity which is your local team ? http://www.hopewiser.com/cgi-bin/proximity.cgi Millwall. But then I knew that already. I quite fancy going along to a game some time actually. As for my actual second team, Mainz have survived the departure of superhero manager Jürgen Klopp (formerly of my avatar) and are currently top of the second flight. Fingers crossed for a return to the big boys' league, but there's a long way to go yet (obviously).

Shak 0
Galway United. Went to college there. After being bottom almost all year they got out of the relegation zone for the first time last weekend, went up for the game, won 3-0. Pretty nice timing, as the season finishes tomorrow. If they win they stay up, and they're playing the team that have already finished bottom and are down. So reasonably confident. Managed by Jeff Kenna, incidentally. Isegrim 9897
Kassel are currently 2nd in the Regional division south one point behind the leaders (Eintracht Franfurt's *spit* reserves). Playing the team in fourth place away tomorrow. In other totally meaningless news: Marvin Compper, who used to play for my pub team as a small boy (getting brought along by his dad), made the Jorman squad for next week's friendly today. Optimistic Nut 188
St-Etienne are in a bigger mess than us at the moment. Last time I saw, they don't just have one Director of Football, they have TWO. They re-appointed Comolli after Spurs sacked him. Currently 18th in the table too. Optimistic Nut 188
Just had a catch up with what's going on at St-Etienne. The other Director of Football was actually sacked, within a week, so was the manager, and he's just appointed Alain Perrin as manager.

Neville Neville Neville 0
Not the best at the moment after a really bright start, but we've come up so many divisions in the past few years that we're due a bad season. Still, if were to get a decent striker in, then we'd have an outside chance of staying up. Really good to watch as well, seen them a few times over the last couple of years, move the ball about better than we do, with some old newcastle boys who failed to make the grade doing ok for themselves - especially coppinger who scored a fantastic hat-trick in the play-off semis last season.... plus got to watch them hammer leeds at wembley in a final (something I worry about ever seeing Newcastle doing) http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/steve_wilson/...nal_in_disguise
