Im not sure he had much choice in the whole matter. i agree with danny here like. if gomes didn't get his hand to it it was likely the player running in at the back post would have scored anyway. I also think gomes is a decent keeper. he is a very good shot stopper and is decent at coming out to catch crosses, (something given never does), but i would say he is also prone to mistakes. from what i seen of him at psv i thought he was a very good keeper Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
