If public finance is going to prop up the system, this might be the time to take (broker) shares in these financial institutions on behalf of the public by the Govt. Cuba Libre. I'm trying to find out if U.S. banks may use some of the money to buy securities in Europe. I know Deutsche Bank bought a lot of the bad debt from America and will take a whopping hit.
