Happy Face 29
I paid for this years season ticket about a year ago. I was promised a refund on how much I overpaid about 4 months ago. I've enquired where it is periodically and the ticket office have told me a few times they've processed it and are waiting for those upstairs to issue it. I've complained to the club and got no response whatsoever. Can I take them to the small claims court to get back the money I'm owed? I've seen that county court claims have to exceed £15K. Could the NUSC combine all the outstanding claims and take action? Would they?
East Stander 0
According to customer services 2 hours ago, they are still waiting for cheques to be signed by 2 signatories! I'm as angry as you about this, emails to the box office on this topic are now being ignored. However, I'm not yet willing to spend any money to chase this up through other avenues YET! trophyshy 7084
Disgraceful. They couldn't give a monkey's heed about any of us.
Jill 0
Giz the details and I'll knock up a letter before action on solicitors letterhead for you.
Grimbo 0
Only costs £25 to take someone to small claims (and you get that back if you win). I did it to Ticketline when they sent me 2 tickets either side of an aisle rather than next to each other... They paid up the next day! Just go to moneyclaim.gov.uk - takes 5 minutes! JawD 99
Or ring the Ronny Gill, more bad publicity for the club might nudge them into action (yeah right).

Happy Face 29
Within one day of threatening legal action there's a cheque on my mat. If you haven't had yours yet East Stander, it seems to work.
