paddy 17
Hull City have agreed a deal to sign former Bolton midfielder Stelios Giannakopoulos until the end of the season, BBC Radio Humberside reports. The 34-year-old Greece international is a free agent after being released by Bolton in the summer. Giannakopoulos, who attended Hull's 2-2 draw with Everton on Sunday, would be Hull's 13th signing since the club were promoted to the Premier League. Giannakopoulos joined Bolton in 2003 on a free transfer from Olympiakos. The midfielder was a key figure in Greece's surprise Euro 2004 win in Portugal. Giannakopoulos played under Hull City boss Phil Brown when he was Sam Allardyce's assistant at Bolton. why are we not in for him?????? would do a job short term. you keep reading about these players that are free agents being linked with PL clubs, do we have to get KK back to make the signings!!! JonGoodwyn 1
I shouldn't think transfers are on top of anyone at the clubs priority list.

sammynb 3640
Stephen Appiah is available on a free. Good signing for somebody. IMO. Yep plus fat ronnie plus midfielder Mineiro from Hertha Berlin plus... I can't find the site but there was one that listed all the players currently out of contract and considering our current problems you'd think a couple of pay as you play deals would be a sound decision. Or does it go against the see how quick we can make Newcastle a championship club philosophy?
