That's before you've even thought about future investment for players etc. Not if a custodian buys the club and sells it back to the fans over a period of time. It's the way I'd pitch it anyway. Only issue would be setting a high enough buy in price so that spoilers from Sunderland and other clubs don't get in in any kind of numbers that could effect things.
