If he goes Ashley's position will become untenable.

Agreed.

That's why I fear he might appoint Shearer in an attempt to pacify the masses.

Shearer is too clever to take it under these conditions.

imo.

I think you're right. Still not convinced this is true like. And even if there has been a bust-up, if Ashley and Keegan are still in talks, it can't be done and dusted.

In talks at the training ground.

Well, he's rumoured to still be in talks in the same way he's rumoured to still be at the training ground, which is partly why I said I'm not convinced this is true. Either way, he hasn't quit yet, at the very least.

He needs GPS fitted, it's the only solution.

I have a feeling this will be close either way.

Hopefully it's just indigestion.

Radio Newcastle are now making noises about it.

That's because hysteria has created a domino effect among the press not because it's true

Mobs have been spotted with torches already. 5.gif

I just think that the more news agencies which report it, the more credibility the piece has to have. BBC have put a piece on their sport website, which usually doesnt report rumour.

Yup the BBC giving a hint of credence is the most worrying.
