adios 717
Go to File>Import in Firefox. 43786 Nah you can import them over from IE if using Mozilla. All you need to do is click on bookmarks and then manage bookmarks. When the bookmarks manager pops up click on file and then import and from there it should give you the option to import from IE. Then just click that and then hey presto. 43789 Do you write technical manuals for a living?

To be fair, a PC is perfectly adequate for everything I want to do - I think the time when Macs were genuinely superior than PCs passed with Windows 95. Far superior looks wise and OSX is reckoned to be a far more stable operating system than windows.

Plus they're built on better foundations (the chip architecture). Windows PCs won the games battle though, if it weren't for that I'd be on a FreeBSD PC or maybe even Mac! I have a PC for office/internet/games stuff though. As Dotbum said, Macs are used predominantly for graphics and music as they are stable and reliable. You're probably right though, PCs are as good as most people need them to be, but Logic was bought by Apple a couple of years back so it's Mac only now. In my opinion, a mac has ALWAYS been superior to a PC, but like with Betamax over VHS, superior quality cannot compete with mainstream popularity. The time you point out (advent of Windows 95) was not when PCs became better, it's when they became more main stream. As for gaming, well if you want gaming, buy a games console - it's not the primary function of a PC. The difference is Apple don't pretend that their machine is a games machine. Btw, I used to love using Macs before Windows 95, but when that OS came, they both offered me pretty much the same things. Stop being such a zealot. As for games, you are wrong. The graphics on my PC are far, far superior to anything a console has to offer, and will be at least until HDTV come more available. But even then, I think the PC will be superior to the genre of games I like - FPSs and click and point strategy games.

Why even bother? 44033 Or "in my opinion" - come to think of it... Are you telling me I'm wrong and don't know my own opinion? The point I was making is that the PC was never designed with gaming in mind, a games console certainly was. Your claim was that a Mac was not up to the standard of a PC because of it's gaming capabilities. But you're making comparisons based upon something that neither machine were ever designed to do. I do wonder if you're knocking Macs simply because Gemmill has one mind!
