Why else do you think ManU, Chelsea, Liverpool do it Like Jobby says (I mistyped that to start off with, but I have decided not to correct it ), Coloccini is a pretty big signing, and at the minute we need to build a squad of capable players. If we keep improving the squad in the same way that we have with the Coloccini/Guttierez signings then I don't really care how much they cost or whether they're "top proven players".
