Tooj 17
The title says it all, the greatest player I've seen in my lifetime combined with the greatest movie score in history.

Guest Stevie
One time where the tune is beautifully connected to the guy. Having said that this would go with anything, porn, news tunes, points of view, Asian TV network, anything. Ronaldo in the top 10 players of all time imo shame he won't be remembered as such by the clueless masses.

FCUM 1
The only opposition player I can ever remember getting a 5 minute standing ovation from the whole of Old Trafford when he was taken off 10 minutes from the end. Pure class.

MattM4 0
would love to see him tearing up defenses in this world cup Likewise... I have him up front for Brazil on FIFA! Would be brilliant but he his form seems to have faded badly in his second Corinthians season
Guest Tuco Ramirez
There's a show about Ronaldo on SKY SPORTS 1 now, what a player. Probably my favourite none English player seemed to have more humility about him than many Brazilians too.

The biggest mistake he made was listening to his advisors and leaving Barcelona for Inter.

Guest Tuco Ramirez
There's a show about Ronaldo on SKY SPORTS 1 now, what a player. Probably my favourite none English player seemed to have more humility about him than many Brazilians too. Aye. The biggest mistake he made was listening to his advisors and leaving Barcelona for Inter. Was it not to do with Barcelona having a few financial problems too? Was a world record fee iirc. Possibly. But then again, I'm sure they signed Rivaldo for a fortune that summer as well. £15m Rivaldo, I think Ronaldo was nearer £30m. I think Inter were the most ambitious club in Italy at that point, they just couldn't win anything other than the UEFA Cup. To think as well when he got injured at Real, Robson cheekily put a loan bid in for him to bring him to the toon. Ronaldo and Shearer or Bellamy would've been amazing. Showing you his hattrick at Man Utd now, only time I can remember the Man Utd fans giving an oppo player a standing ovation. Tooj 17
I thought it was closer to £20 million? Even when he scored that hat-trick, he was only 65% of the player from four years before that. It was just pure clinical finishing. http://www.pobronson.com/ronaldo.htm Canny read btw.
Guest Tuco Ramirez
They've pulled your video down due to "terms of violation", what a bunch of wanks. There was a bit of skill in that video, against Lazio I think in the box where he does something with the ball, three or touches, quickest feetwork I've ever seen, and arguably the best bit of skill I've ever seen. spongebob toonpants 4180
He was unbelievable when he played for Barcelona. Way better than Messi or Ronaldinho.I used to love watching him play, he was unplayable week after week. I always held on to the hope SBR would be able to bring him to the Toon. A far greater variety of tricks too. On that sky show about him tonight they said "and some feel Ronaldo underachieved", won the CL twice, won the World Cup, leading scorer ever in WC Finals, what more do people want? Maybe what they're saying is if he made the same amount of his ability as say David Platt did perhaps you could wait 1000 years for a better player. AgentAxeman 193
i remember when he came back from his 2nd serious knee injury and played in the 2002 world cup. at that point he'd lost a fair few yards of pace but had turned into the 'almost' complete striker (michael owen take note). brazil won and ronaldo ended as top scorer. absolutely awesome player. almost untouchable at times. definately one of the best football players ever.
