NJS 4447
Don't really like the genre - Kelly's heroes being an exception. Also possibly Starship Troopers which I couldn't resist watching most of earlier.

The Fish 11094
Got to be Saving Private Ryan. I mean, forget the hump-yer-leg sob story, the visceral (purported) accuracy of it was awesome.

LeazesMag 0
Leazes, what's you top War movie mate? no idea. I'm sure if i say something now, I'll think of something else in the morning. What about you ? emmmmmmmmmmm are yeee pissed? or have i just been massively wooshed? nah, wasn't pissed, just couldn't think of any, don't think I've watched a war film for a while. Quite liked Apocalypse now though. Prefer thriller type films ie type of thing based on books by people like Frederick Forsyth (Day of the Jackal etc). Last film I watched that I thought was really good was the Bourne Ultimatum. Was disappointed in the Da Vinci Code. Older things from the 80's like Top Gun didn't do much for me and I thought Platoon was rubbish. Edited August 17, 2008 by LeazesMag
Guest alex
Cold War more than war but The Spy Who Came In From The Cold and The Ipcress File are quality.
