Dr Gloom 22504
I like how they've snuck off to York. It would have been daft to just lock the boardroom door.
Howay 12496
Within 48 hours, just fucking sack him then why wait 2 days? which will be 4 days after the debacle of a game. Honestly man this Charnley is a fucking disgrace, why did he have to go to York to then decide he needs more time to decide? I still don't think anything will be done and he will be in charge next game.
trooper 940
Would be quite funny if McClaren, Carr, & Brown Nosed Bob went to York tomorrow & came back & voted to sack Charnley
trophyshy 7094
It's Edinburgh tomorrow.
Dr Gloom 22504
Lee Charnley, the managing director, Graham Carr, the chief scout, and the club ambassador, Bob Moncur, met in York where alternatives to McClaren were discussed and a process of due diligence began on the potential of certain candidates to lead an escape from relegation Investing in a football club - no due diligence. Deciding whether to sack a manger whose position is untenable with games running out - a lengthy due diligence process.

Kitman 2207
Charnley's been too busy checking the toilet roll inventory to have time for this manager malarkey
Kitman 2207
Pound for pound we'll be the best club to be relegated from the PL
trooper 940
Charnley will probably ring McClaren when he's on the training pitch to tell him he's sacked
Isegrim 10011
It's the return of: "planning  " Honestly, if they really just now start to think about available managers to replace McClaren they are about four months behind the schedule... scoobos 298
Well, what a shit show. You all know I think about the manager, but to have the players take 2 days off since the last match is inexcusable. This leadership is a fucking joke.
Slayer 3
I can't sleep. Is the cunt not sacked yet? Can I sue the bastards for sleep deprivation? Tell me this is a bad dream and that we are second from top and not second from bottom 💤💤💤💤
ewerk 31564
Lost the dressing room, to coin a cliché - different players taking penalties to the ones he wanted, etc. Apparently he's spent €54 million since the start of the season to get them to one point above the relegation zone. aimaad22 4366
I think we may finally hear the phrase tried to get over the line in relation to the manager. Well it may be implied anyway.
gpirlo68 0
Surely if he take training today hes staying? There not going to just let him the the session and then sack the bastard
Gemmill 47009
They might be waiting to see if he quits to avoid the compensation payment. I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if that's their move here.
NJS 4446
The old "mutual consent" which I take to mean they agree to half the pay off of a sacking.
