Holden McGroin 6582
12 million.... I thought he was overpriced when we bought him, but making a 5m profit on him is hilarious. I thought we only got him for £5m ?
ChezGiven 0
At least we know how to play him, show him outside and then wait for him to spacka-kick it over the touchline. Good luck spotty!

Guest alex
12 million.... I thought he was overpriced when we bought him, but making a 5m profit on him is hilarious. I thought we only got him for £5m ? Think it was £5m (recently reported on .com) - £3.6m + £1.4m in add-ons (or something like that). Edit: Unless he's on about the sell-on clause. 2bias 3
Sort feel for Kev really, He apparently called for the club to give milner a new deal and they basically fucked him off and sold milner. it seems as though keegan doesnt have much say what is going on at the min and he is meant to be the manager. Im sure though if results started going against us the club would start laying the blame on him.

Aye, and i bet the first time he gets an assist, the gormless one's fans will be up in arms about us selling him forgetting his normal act. ChezGiven 0
Lets hope we do something with the money! We will, the deals to try and sell Ameobi and Smith were to reduce the wage bill and raise some revenue. As these deals didnt come off, its my reading of the situation that this deal was accepted to allow for additions. Its all well and good pointing to the size of the squad but you need to get rid of salaries too if you want to offer large ones to new players. Just to make it crystal clear this is nothing to do with Ashley ignoring Keegans wishes.

I would thought the priority would have been to get players like smith, amoebi and duff off our payroll tbh.
