Therefore, this wasn't anything like our strongest 11 and that Jimbo was being melodramatic. Because he's a big girl

Barney 0
This was practically our strongest XI avaliable, take note Mr Ashley. Will that loss/performance be enough to encourage the board to get their fingers out and try and speed up their transfer targets? Could that be a blessing in disguise? Bombadil 0
from .com It was an absolutely awful performance from our purple-clad rabble, even given that it was a friendly in July with a number of absentees. Last week's hat-trick man, Damien Duff could barely cross the halfway line and our front pairing of Shola Ameobi and Alan Smith were just embarrassing, barely Championship standard. The Fish 11114
You've got to admit stressing about a 1-0 nil loss to Doncaster in our second pre-season game is a little menstrual. Especially as we're without all of our first choice strikers and two midfielders who're more than likely going to be guaranteed a starting position. Especially as we're without all of our first choice strikers and two midfielders who're more than likely going to be guaranteed a starting position. I was highlighting that our squad needs strengthening, had today's starting XI been made up of kids and also-rans, played at the managers luxury whilst our first choice players were brought on at leisure, no one (not even me) would have batted any eyelid, but the truth of the matter is todays starting XI was practically all Keegan had to field. Our squad is weak, and needs strengthening, today's team was a stark example of that, that is the only point I was trying to make.

We will sail through the season without picking up any injuries/suspensions so all we need are our strongest 11 players(which incidentaly still wont be good enough) I`m more positive now, thanks
