According to a survey, children are able to identify a Dalek, but not a Magpie.

Strange that. One is an evil organism from an aggressive race of mutants that thrives on violence, speaks in a rasping staccato and is driven by hate.

And so is the other.

He's just one of the many no-talent hacks these days who have nothing insightful or original to offer so instead try to be deliberately controversial to get a rise from their targets, lowest form of journalism.

Des Kelly has been an absolute tosser for a long time.

Can you imagine him saying that about scousers? He'd be hung from the nearest lamp post!

But surely this is a form of racism? I mean if he'd said (for example)

"According to a survey, children are able to identify a Dalek, but not a Muslim.

Strange that. One is an evil organism from an aggressive race of mutants that thrives on violence, speaks in a rasping staccato and is driven by hate.

And so is the other."

Where's the difference? Both are slurs against a person's ethnic background. (By the way, before some numbwit jumps on my example it IS just that, an example). I'm not saying it's going to have the same level of upset to everyone but the principle is the same, obviously it's supposed to be a 'joke' on the paper's part but it's a very poor one really.

That's why people hate whining scousers.

The only part of me offended by this is my sense of humour.

The Daily Mail operates at a very very low intellectual level for something that isn't a red top :icon_lol:

He does know Joey Barton is from Liverpool doesn't he? :D

Well it's vaguely funny, and not a big deal IMO, but you're completely right that if it had been aimed at other groups then they would have gone APE :icon_lol: over it.

But that's hypocrisy Britain for you.

Yep, that's pretty much what I was trying to say. I mean on a personal note it's not something that bothers me a great deal, it's the hypocrisy that annoys me more.

He's just an arsehole hack cunt, the whole article is a heap of shit he's now accusing Chambers of being on HGH. why do they employ people like this? how is that in any way a productive useful article, he writes shite like this constantly so why bother paying him money when anyone could write bollocks like that.
