So this is what the new executive recruitment team has dredged up? In fairness the likes of Arshavin was cloud-cuckoo-land, and maybe even Turan, if we're under budget constraints. According to them Panathainakos are "leading the chase" with Hamburg and Borussia Dortmund also interested. I woul love it as it would increase the interest here in Newcastle, alongside Tevez's Man U and Mascherano's Liverpool, Argentines apparently own their foreign teams.
