Guest alex
I doubt it. And I can't stand the bloke. I don't think he would, but equally he very well might have done. The way moral was, even after Keegan came, suggests there were real and deep problems behind the scenes. Not like you to cover all bases. Said the pot to the kettle (before it was charged with racial harassment). If you ask me a straight question Fop, I'll answer it. There lies the difference. Happy Face 29
We've had 12 full time managers in my life. Not my opinion, but from worst to best on games won.... 1 Ossie Ardiles 2 Jack Charlton 3 Sam Allardyce 4 Willie Mcfaul 5 Ruud Gullit 6 Jim Smith 7 Kenny Dalglish 8 Graeme Souness 9 Arthur Cox 10 Glenn Roeder 11 Bobby Robson 12 Kevin Keegan
Wavey Davey 0
1. Dalglish - From what we were to what we became was painful. Just (barely) edges out: 2. Souness- Wrong choice through and through. The rot started at the end of the Robson era but he didn't help. Never been so happy to see a manager booted out. Joint 3. Allerdyce & Gullit: Allerdyce was changing us into a boring, functional team and wasn't around long enough to have an enormous impact. Gullit was neither here nor there for me, what with being rendered numb from Dalglish. His bizarre behaviour and poor results just before he went were deciding factors. 5. Roeder was never right for us and an idiot could have predicted where this was going to go. Think he's a top bloke, though.

Happy Face 29
I thought that list was canny telling, given that people said Allardyce deserved more time, but going on games lost, it's even worse. Again, from worst to best.... Sam Allardyce Osvaldo Ardiles Willie McFaul Ruud Gullit Jack Charlton Graeme Souness Glenn Roeder Jim Smith Arthur Cox Sir Bobby Robson Kenny Dalglish Kevin Keegan

Guest alex
Dalglish ruined a great team. Ketsbaia for Asprilla Tomasson for Ferdinand FFS MAN ! Ketsbaia for Ginola really (he got his shirt anyway) and Andreas Andersson for Asprilla. Because the forward line really needed tinkering with. Nice one Kenny. Tooj 17
Dalglish ruined a great team. Ketsbaia for Asprilla Tomasson for Ferdinand FFS MAN ! Tbf Tino and Ketsbaia did actually play together and he was told by the PLC he had to sell either Sir Les or Shearer.

He was unlucky Shearer got so badly injured when he did however.
Wavey Davey 0
I seem to remember that Shearer played as lone striker for a while when he returned (Tommasson's position was a mystery at that time and Tino was already gone) and there was a desperate need for a second man to partner Al because he was constantly marked out the game and we had almost zero supply rate (Stephen Glass and Gillespie, who was right off his form) In came Andersson and I remember being relieved. Then I saw him play. Curse you Kenny!
