Fur (used (if I remember rightly) when suggesting bollocks was being talked) If Leavo is like blocka but you have to catch the people you find and shout "leavergo by a one two three" rather than "Block X by a one two three" then they have to join you in hunting down who's left, then aye. Never heard of blocka tbh but it sounds like hide and seek. Anyway I think we're talking about pretty much the same thing.

Happy Face 29
What self respecting 10 year old is going to call it "hide and seek". That's what under fives play in the house. "Blocka" is played over a 3 or 4 street circumference by the hard kids who's mam and dad don't smack them for leaving the garden. What was it called when you chalked arrows on the floor and someone had to find you?

What was it called when you chalked arrows on the floor and someone had to find you? We used to hide on roof's of abandonded houses and round the rising sun park/farmers fields but we still called it hide and seek. I can remember that arrow game (although I think we just scratched on the arrows with stones rather than use chalk) but I'll be buggered if I can remember what it was. I seem to remember a game we called polo too.

Understandably since the only bit of the yard that wasn't concrete was a bit of grass about 5 x 5 yards that you weren't allowed on.
