Matt 0
I was always under the impression that it was St James Park and is in fact regularly mispronounced and not misspelt.

Meenzer 15530
It should be St James`s Park to be grammatically correct. Nah, I definitely think there should be an apostrophe in there somewhere.
sammynb 3355
It should be St James`s Park to be grammatically correct. Nah, I definitely think there should be an apostrophe in there somewhere. Why does it? Apostophes denote ownership, so does that mean St James owns the park. Looking at it another way, is it The Emirates Stadium or The Emirates' Stadium? wykikitoon 20146
I thought you put the apostrophe at the end when it was multiple? Like Jamies' meaning more than one

smoggeordie 0
always thought the apostrophe after the "s" is what made the "ses" become pronounced. So I reckon: Spelling : Pronounced St James : St James St James' : St Jame-ses St James's : St Jame-ses-ses Edited May 30, 2008 by smoggeordie
