Chaser 1324
Ive been thinking of a hi energy sport to take up and i was thinking about Squash. However ive no idea of the rules (i understand its not simply hitting a ball against a wall). Anyone play here and care to give me a simple run down? Is it any good or does it get boring? I only ever seem to see it on TV on programmes where businessmen wind down after work.
DanTheMan 0
I used to play it and its excellent for keeping the reactions quick. Good fun to play as well. And the rules are piss easy man.

sweetleftpeg 0
I used to play my boss twice a week. It's a canny game and we're looking at starting up again, although I never understood the different coloured balls, something to do with how fast they go when hit I think.. Piece of piss to play but the sweat just pours off you.

One of my mates played for England at schoolboy level - I started off by playing against him which helped me improve. I play badminton too, and it's hard to adjust between the two sports. Always preferred badmington myself anyway.

Optimistic Nut 318
Join your local tennis club man. Cheaper through the autumn and winter months. Sure, it's fecking freezing and you have to pray for no rain or snow, but when it gets to the spring & summer months, you'll be ready.
