Smooth Operator 10
Had mine a couple of months now it's a 40 inch samsung 1080p, and have just watched that 11th hour show presented by Leonardo Di Overratedo and I was blown away by the sheer quality of the pictures of various landscapes. I've not got HD tv so wasn't expecting much change really just a bigger picture but this was immense! Had google earth on it earlier today and the quality was pretty good on that too. How do you hook the tv up to your pc? I'm wanting to get a decent tv for the new place, but the front room is too small for a whopper (as are my coffers). Smooth Operator 10
Most the new flat screens will have a pc output on them and all you need is a vga (i think) cable from the tv the pc/laptop and bish bosh. I hook mine up and sit back with my wireless keyboard and mouse and the various benefits of the big screen action, 99% porn, 1% other shit. You use the VGA cable, although I have my 360 running through VGA which is just amazing.

The Fish 11101
Wouldn't it be simple to mask those wires behind a bit of decorative ... (for the want of a better word) guttering? then draw them up from the floor?
