I wrote this for a fella on F365 so I thought it might be useful for you fella's ;)

When I was 18 I was healthy I could drink myself half to death and wake up the next day and I was fine. Literally one night I had a full bottle of jack d and I was Ok the next day.

Then University Happened.

In first year the pattern remained the same In fact I could drink and be fine but after a year of 'Zaney/Wacky/random' student bentess my health declined and despite remaining athletic and good looking a woke up one morning with a beer belly.

In my second year my stamina was still good but the hangovers were a lot worse and could result in a day in bed and a second day of fatigue.

3rd year (now) I discovered ways and means of nullifying the hangover, now these secrets I shall share with you...

Drinking alcohol results in the body losing various attributes that it normally relies on but these can be replaced quite quickly and it will leave you feeling fine!

Itinerary

Lucozade Hydro x 4 (or more)

Eggs,Bacon,Sausages,Onions,Mushrooms,Bacon,bread etc etc.

diarlyte x4 Satchets

Orange juice

NWS Material

A sock (work or sports)

Lager (1x 440ml can/ a brand of you desire no stronger than 5.5%)

Coffee or Tea (preferably green tea)

A comfortable bed (with solitude)

Music (of choice, something a decent dynamic range though)

are we all loaded up pissheads?

Lets begin.

One of the worst parts of a hangover is the dehydration. Drinking lots and lots of water and going to the toilet every 5 seconds is terrible and must be avoided. Your body is doing this because it is missing it's natural salts and water alone can't replace this without taking fucking ages.

Your Lucozade hydro will fix this & and your Dairlyte will speed up the process. Leaving you hydrated and fresh this will also fix some of the tiredness and fatigue.

Hungry yet? Ok we'll wait.

Lets get a cup of tea and put some music on. Your brains not working yet so lets start with something with a decent dynamic range rather than the constant pounding of dance music.

The greasy stuff will make you feel a bit better and get some fat and protein in you. However the food doing the work is really the eggs. Your body is missing vitamin B and vitamin B12. Eggs are the best place to get it.

Nice? Good. Lets have a rest.

A nice bed in a dark room and some music will sort you out - just a nap mind no nodding off! Have an hour and when you rise from your slumber you should be fine and ready for the day!

Time to enjoy the can of lager. Your body can't take the shock of being alcohol being completely removed right away, so removed the alcohol slowly and top up!

If that doesn't sort you out your a complete fucking puff

A good blow job and a pint of water before sleeping will off-set a hangover. The former is not essential, but it helps

How do you give 'em like?

Is the pint of water to get the taste out of your mouth?

If you wake up feeling like shit have 2 paracetamol, 1 ibuprofen and a pint of water. Go back to bed and you'll feel better when you wake up later. At that point have something to eat. There you go.

However, I still don't get hangovers, and I haven't been drunk for absolutely ages cos no matter how much I drink these days it just doen't seem to happen.

Don't think I've had a proper night out for 3 weeks now, I've been saving the cash so to speak. But last time I went out was straight from work on a Friday, was home by 12 as well, but I had the worst hangover I think I've had for many an occassion. It never wore off till the Sunday.
