Since the last bill I only rang her twice and she's sent 5 letters! I'm sick to fucking death of getting things both sent through the post and emailed. They double charge you for it - ring to request that they only send it once and tell me i need to confirm it in writing. They then charge for the phone call and the letter and then when they still send you it in duplicate, it costs you again to go through the whole fucking process... Sheisters! Need a complete change of scenery though, I fell into this completely by accident and 4½ years later it's time to move on before I become part of the furniture...
