This buy 'em young and cheap and flogg em on philosophy did us no good with the likes of Bramble, Ambrose, Viana, Cort, N'Zogbia etc, if you want to emulate Arsenal you need a Wenger.

Keegan with a good coaching staff would be pretty decent at developing players I think, but it would be getting them in the first place that would be the trick and something that would require a fair old bit of infrastructure.
