Smooth Operator 10
Anyone know how to get the option back so that when i double click the touchpad it opens an item rather than having to use the buttons below the touchpad? Had a bad experience with a shite wireless mouse and it disabled my touchpad - have figured out how to get it back working but have lost the option a described above of double clicking the touchpad. Have been into the control panel and the mouse bit and had a look around all the options there for the touchpad but to no avail. Cheers.
peasepud 59
System > Preferences > Mouse, click the "Touchpad" tab. Check the "Tap to Click" option.

Park Life 71
You'd think by now they'd have a pair of glasses that follow where you're eye is on the screen and them press enter to 'click'. If you were using it on the train etc...
Craig 6682
The integral rollerball was the best design. Dell dropped that one too long ago IMO
