Good thinking, we were pretty crap, especially in the first half. For a moment I thought Sam Allaryce must be back!! The midtield were more or less anonymous in the 1st half and Geremi was abysmal, they did nothing to soften the blows coming from the Hammers. The back four without Faye had that sieve-like appearance, Beye had a poor performence compared to his usual stalwatr defending and Enrique seemed to be nowhere most of the time. In the front-line Martins seemed to be the only one causing concern for their defense. Viduka should have been taken off earlier than he was. Tom 14011 Posted April 27, 2008 Author Share Posted April 27, 2008 We weren't too good I'll admit but there still looked like there was a bit of fight there and most of the time we were winding up the West Ham fans because the football wasn't that decent from either team. Good day out, Upton Park is a shit hole and the ground isn't too decent either, i was pretty wrecked when i got home and fell asleep before we were on match of the day, Mainly due to the Manchester United game.
