Personal qualities, e.g commitment and motivation, leadership abilities, relationship with others, ability to be a team player. 2. Intellectual qualities, e.g commitment and motivation, leadership abilities, relationship with others, ability to be a team player. 3. Interpersonal and communication skills e.g expressive skills, receptive skills, sensitivity towards others. 4. Overall comment and recommendation.
