Tom 14013
The body of a man, believed to be missing TV presenter Mark Speight, has been found in a remote area of London's Paddington station, police have said. Officers are treating the death as "unexplained" but have confirmed that the man had not been hit by a train. Mr Speight, 42, disappeared last Monday following the death of his fiancee, Natasha Collins. She was discovered in a bath at their London flat after the pair had taken cocaine, sleeping pills and alcohol.

Fop 1
Tragic really. Well it kind of is tragic, it's certainly not nice and you've got to feel sorry for them, but frankly it's not much different to the pair of them killing themselves whilst drunk driving or something. It's completely different, by driving drunk you're endangering other people's lives, this shit only hurts them (physically). Not that I really know what point you were trying to make in the first place.

Basically that the pair of them have no one to blame but themselves, they rolled the dice for fun (up to them), she died (her fault), he couldn't live with it and killed himself (his fault). Could both have been alive if not for their own actions. Sad? Yes. Anyone's fault but their own? Nope.
Happy Face 29
Is this the guy they mean whenever there's a speight of robberies? If so, good riddance, petty crime has been going unpunished for too long in the UK.

You kill yourself drink driving it's your own fault, you kill yourself getting into a scalding bath high on cocaine, alcohol and sleeping tablets it's your own fault. You kill yourself getting into a car with a drunk driver it's your own fault, you kill yourself because you couldn't live with the fact you let your partner die in a scalding bath high on drugs because you were too, it's your own fault. As I said it's not much different to the pair of them killing themselves drunk driving (although that would have been Prince Philips preferred method of doing it). Have you considered a career in bereavement counseling ? Not recently. But there's no point in blowing smoke up peoples butts in any aspect of life (or death). There's no use pretending you didn't do what you did do, you've got to live with the consequences of your own actions, or in this case not. Like I said it is sad, but the consequences of ones own actions are still just that, even if you didn't expect them to occur. Plus if he was that set on killing himself flimflam wouldn't likely dissuade him anyway and would probably make him feel even more that he was alone, isolated and that no one understood. When you get to that stage raw honesty might well be the best thing to dissuade you from that course of action.

As I said he probably should have thought about it before getting hold of the drugs and letting her get into a scalding bath high on a cocktail of drink and drugs whilst he slept his own bender off. Out interest in your "medical" opinion what should have been done to him? Sectioned and kept tranquillised for a couple of years?
