If you're thinking of Torricelli (sp?) he was fucking class (especially before his bad injury at Juve).

Moreno Torricelli was mint Di Livio on the other side they were awesome.

If you're thinking of Torricelli (sp?) he was fucking class (especially before his bad injury at Juve).

Moreno Torricelli was mint Di Livio on the other side they were awesome.

I loved watching Juve when they played a 3-4-1-2 with wing-backs and Zidane in the 'hole' and Del Piero and Vieri upfront. I think that only lasted for a year or two at the most though. Then they went ultra-defensive.

I loved watching Juve when they played a 3-4-1-2 with wing-backs and Zidane in the 'hole' and Del Piero and Vieri upfront. I think that only lasted for a year or two at the most though. Then they went ultra-defensive.

They were mint that season, and they had Boksic to mix it up sometimes though. They beat Man Utd 0-1 at OT, and Man Utd battered them though, and Lippi was man enough to admit Man Utd would be the team of the future. That centre half the Uruguayan, Montero, he was one of the most underrated defenders ever, you just couldn't get past him.

Aye, dirty bastard as well. Conte was a good player in the 'engine room' too. I used to watch Football Italia all the time then on C4.
