Happy Face 29 Posted March 7, 2011 Share Posted March 7, 2011 Just listening to the new album for the first time. Got tickets to see them at the (fucking) arena next week. Why the hell are they moving up to the stadium venues when they've stripped their sound back so much? Seems like a lot of sparse piano to be filling bigger venues. Even when they do get going it's a much more weedy rhythym than the huge sounds on their last album. A lot more snare than bass drum this time around if you get me.
