I thought he was poor personally. He seems scared to anything with the ball at the minute other than to pass it back to Shay, and he doesn't even do that very well.

I would say 4/10 is a bit harsh. I thought he did ok, 6/10.

Just reminded me, had the 'pleasure' of hearing a few students discussing the Toon yesterday. Apparently we've got a decent team but it's a shame Bramble has ended up at Celtic as he's better than Babayaro! (Bernard & Rangers I presume) We can also get into the Champions League if we get a decent manager like O'Leary. They were wearing rugby shirts like. Enough said.

Just reminded me, had the 'pleasure' of hearing a few students discussing the Toon yesterday. Apparently we've got a decent team but it's a shame Bramble has ended up at Celtic as he's better than Babayaro! (Bernard & Rangers I presume) We can also get into the Champions League if we get a decent manager like O'Leary. They were wearing rugby shirts like. Enough said.

A lass in the office next to me has a season ticket and every monday morning I just want to shake the fucker. You can guarantee that whatever I thought of the game or individual players, she'll be telling the direct opposite to her colleagues. Plus, she's one of these over the top fuckers, she'd fit in brilliantly on N-O. We're never average or ok, we're either the worst team on the planet or on a par with Chelsea with her. I worry about people thinking that women football fans know nowt, because she's doing a massive diservice to those who do.

True, tho of course the reason they'd then say he was good would be because the bigger clubs back four had improved him!

 

If he played for Spurs the media would already want Sven to take a look at him, now i don't think he should be in the England squad as currenty there are better proven CB's but is he was playing for a cockney team he'd get a mention in the press.
