Scottish Mag 3
GRAEME Souness has named a 17-man squad for the visit of Manchester City on Saturday. Neither Kieron Dyer, Emre nor Nobby Solano are included, though Shola Ameobi and Craig Moore are both fit and Scott Parker returns from suspension. Souness will choose his team from the following squad: Ameobi, Babayaro, Boumsong, Bowyer, Bramble, Brittain, Carr, Clark, Elliott, Faye, Given, Harper, Moore, N'Zogbia, Owen, Parker, Shearer

Gemmill 44853
Probably a good thing. We'd only lose them long term if we risked them. My first choice would be: Given Carr Taylor Bramble Baba Bowyer Parker Clark N'Zogbia Shearer Owen
sweetleftpeg 0
I'd play Shola wide right and not play Clark.
Renton 21614
If we play anywhere near as badly as we did against Blackburn we will lose for sure. Then it's quite a wait for our next home game against the mackems. What does winning and being there feel like again?
Craig 6682
Thank fuck he's not playing them IMO.... I'd rather they sit out for another game than play when half fit and have to come of injured halfway through and lose them for another 4 or 5.... Optimistic Nut 145
I'd also play Shola on the right and put Bowyer alongside Parker in the middle.
Guest Sima
I'd have to go with the same team as last Sunday, just swap Parker for Faye.

I just hope we can make the best of what we've got.
Greg 6
Probably a good thing. We'd only lose them long term if we risked them. I just didn't want to stay in America forever and ended up changing jobs to one in Smogsville when I came back home. I'll not be working here too much longer though, if things go to plan..... My wife used to have to face the daily commute to Smogsville everyday - the A19 and the tunnel. Absolutely horrible journey, and look where you end up! Thankfully, she escaped and now works in Newcastle.

Papa Lazaru 0
Probably a good thing. We'd only lose them long term if we risked them. My first choice would be: Given Carr Taylor Bramble Baba Bowyer Parker Clark N'Zogbia Shearer Owen 37931 Agree with all that. Playing any of the three would be suicidal and that lineup would do me. Though i have now remembered Taylor is suspended! Guest Sima
I'd have to go with the same team as last Sunday, just swap Parker for Faye. 37969 But bear in mind that citeh are a far better team than Blackburn, and we are presently probably worse at home than away for some reason. Maybe the win last week will kick start us, but I saw nothing from the performance to suggest it. 37977 Yep, Citeh are going to be a lot harder to beat. Nothing else we can do. Playing Shola RW is stupid tbh.
