Happy Face 29
Anyone reckon they should get moved closer to the pitch? Edited March 4, 2008 by Happy Face

themags 0
prefer them where they are the location of the away fans at wembley pisses me off for England matches. Stick the twats as far back as possible
Happy Face 29
So you don't think a good set of away fans can bring the best out of the home support? I sit right next to the away fans, and enjoy a sing song week in, week out however bad things on the pitch are. But I get on here after a match and everyone's complaining about how shit the atmosphere is nowadays. I never hear a dickybird from the Gallowgate or the East Stand, I'm sure they're singing, but it's rare to hear a full bellied song started over there and work around to the Leazes, seems they'll only join in if it REALLY gets going down our end. Kid Dynamite 7318
If they sat further down you aould only get goons chucking things down at them
Happy Face 29
If they sat further down you aould only get goons chucking things down at them Not if they were moved to any other corner with no-one above them. Isn't it better than we can hoy stuff at them rather than Newcastle fans being pelted by them anyway? Edited March 6, 2008 by Happy Face
Guest alex
The only problem with the idea is - wouldn't you have to move existing ST holders to where the away fans are now?
Happy Face 29
The only problem with the idea is - wouldn't you have to move existing ST holders to where the away fans are now? Dunno. How many season tickets were sold this season? Judging by the swathes of empty lower tier seats on Saturday, there's plenty of room for manouvre. Never noticed many empty seats though. Thought it was over 50k.

Loads of expensive seats empty in the Milburn.

That's because the half bastards are corporate ones given away for free to Employees who turn up 20 minutes in, leave 10 minutes before half time, come in 15 minutes through the second half and leave 10 minutes before to beat the ''rush''

No atmosphere producing, prawn sandwich eating, cold climate avoiding twats. If they want to watch a match for free, hoy them up on level 7.
