Guest alex
Well actually actually. I bow to your powers of parallel universe insight (although maybe Schrödinger's cat would disagree). Well, I think Meenzer was on about this season. So was I. I think he was making a joke too btw. So was I. What's that phrase about becoming what you hate? Personally I was clearly just writing an application for funding to fully and rigorously investigate this eventuality. I'm declining it

Scottish Mag 3
If Bolton beat Wigan next Sunday and Birmingham beat us, which could easily happen, we will drop to 17th and 1 point off relegation (18th if the mackems get something from Chelsea, which is highly unlikely). With morale already so low and the team showing so little fight I struggle to see us pulling ourselves out of it. Yes it seems we have been saying it for months that the next game is a "must win game" but Monday most def is...

Must get a result of any sort i reckon but it won't be easy as i can see the overly physical approach of birmingham overwhelming our fragile midfield and defense
TheMoog 0
Okay, you should know it's bad when even I'm having slight concerns... I mean I really am trying to be Mr Optomistic but it's looking like some of those teams who should be below us really are putting up more of a fight than I first gave them credit for ~ parp... So whats changed since the Blackburn game to raise your concerns? That game was our best this season BTW Well, I'm just a bit worried that the teams below us are making more of an effort, I really didn't expect Reading to get anything from Man City for example. Maybe I'm just having a dip in optomism, I know on paper we should theoretically have an easier run in than some but it's deffo a squeaky bum moment for me at the mo. Hadrian 0
i cant see the fight in our team like those around us , our little powderpuff boys aint used to this relegation battle where as the clubs around its all they know . sunderland will be going all out todo a number on us like every other team around us , im doubting whether this group of players has the bottle to get the job done . I wasn't surprised to see Reading beat Man City. Reading will be safe I reckon. As has been said a few times now, if we want to get out of trouble, we need three points from Birmingham. We might lose to Birmingham. But we need to win those 2/3 home games against weaker sides.

Not to adorn to clichés but Birmingham really is a must win game we need to pick ourselves up. We still have the best run in like. I think theres more hysteria because its us. People really want us to go down because of our deluded fans (sic) and the way 'we' treat managers oh and the terrible (yet non existent) board. Besty 4
Just put scores at 1-0 or 0-0 so ignore GD. Bit optimistic perhaps? Done better than I expected.
