According to the beeb he said:

"I want to thank the City fans from the bottom of my heart.

"They have welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like one of them. I will take in my heart their passion and their attachment to the team.

"I would also like to thank Mr Thaksin Shinawatra, his family and all the people at the club for giving me the possibility to play in a beautiful and riveting tournament such as the Premier League."

Sounds like he hates England.

The 24-year-old Italian struggled to settle since signing for City ... Bianchi also complained about the English lifestyle, and boss Sven-Goran Eriksson agreed he could leave

So, basically he struggled to settle here. Either way, I think Sven's allowed a flop. Allardyce's 'profiling' did him a lot of good too.

I don't see Rozenhal, Enrique or Cacapa wanting to get the hell out of dodge.

I don't see Allardyce in employment either.

Tbf you can't call him a flop he just didn't settle.

A flop is a Marcelino for example.

But you can debunk the platitudes that were dolled out to Sven at the start of the season for assembling a squad in double quick time. BSA would have been slaughtered if a £9m foreign import wanted to leave after a few months.

Not if we'd played the football City have and been in their league position though. That's the difference. The stuff about City was OTT at the start of the season though, I agree.

It's a bit daft to write off a manager because one of his signings didn't work out. I would think City are a good bet for Europe this season and they would have taken that for starters.

Turn one of their losses this season into a win and they'd be 4th outright. They'd also have one more point than they had got in the whole of last season. That's progress.

A £9m signing. People laughed their tits off at Boumsong. All this is coming out of the corrupt Thai's bottom line, I don't think scraping Europe and bombing out to Atletico Plumbers Union will be worth what Sven will have entually spent at this rate. Although I heard some fools were willing to offer a daft amount for their 19 year old centre back.

...What nonsense are you spouting man, this is the worst I've heard from you in months. Get off the ganja.

So a £9 million signing didn't work out in England. It's not like it's never happened before. And considering where City were last year I don't think their fans will be turning their noses up at "scraping Europe and bombing out to Atletico Plumbers' Union" as opposed to "getting relegated and bombing out to Plymouth Argyle."

Is this just bitterness because Sven's done at City - at least in the short run - what we hoped Fat Sam would do with us?
