Because whoever it is will be unable to lose a game without being booed and there being calls for him to be sacked.

There's a large section of our support, Jimbo included, that are fucking tedious and as long as they are being heard, our club will continue to be a joke.

Sacking big Sam is just pathetic.

But even if we got someone like Jose, would He be able to take a squad containing Alan Smith and Joey Barton to instant success, without buying it like he did at Chelsea? No, chances are he'd lose a few games before he got anywhere. Nobody we appoint will be safe from the vicious circle caused by the joke fans. Fuck me, no wonder we're laughed at.

What it will be is the owner mingling and listening to shite like he has been, the shaking of heads etc after the Stoke game infront of the press,oh it's great he wears a toon top and stands with the fans! :icon_lol: from one comical board to another it's very much looking like to me,the first signs of discontent amongst the fans and Ashley will be having meetings with Mort and that will be the new manager out again!, he's followed the latest trend with his pals and it's like a big toy between them all,I'll sit with my toon top on and you sit with your Spurs top on,i bet we beat you today etc etc  fook off

Good to see FCUM posting again, rarely fails to make a point.

the whole thing about Ashley sitting with the fans in a shirt, and going to Blu Bambu should, imo, be looked at in two ways.

1) it's a ploy to get the "masses" on his side, now if it is.. what's to say it's a bad thing? As someone said on a different thread (T-Keith I think) we're not entirely representative of the majority of Newcastle fans. If this works in garnering support, then all power to him. As long as he realises that anyone with a shred of nous can see through it as a PR stunt. I don't think it's offensive to the Newcastle fans as a whole and I think the people who do object to it, should realise they're not the target of the stunt.

2) he genuinely enjoys getting in amongst the "average fan". He couldn't really sit there in a thousand pound suit beside some fat lad from walker chewing on a pie slathered in tomato sauce... it's just not prudent :icon_lol:
