Get down the bookies and put money on Blackburn being relegated. Both their best defenders will be sold this summer (P. Jones and Samba will follow), a totally incompitent set of mongs running the place and the leagues' shittest manager in the safest job in football.

Last neet man!! Fuckin hell. I had £16 on Ireland in running 5/4 Spain -1 won 3-0 and fuckin Panama -1 in a live game on ESPN at 11pm. 2-0 to Panama at ht, when a gans to kip safe in the knowledge GUADALOUPE are down to 10 men, 160 ranked in FIFA rankings I'm think get in I'LL WAKE UP WITH £190 in me account. Apparently it went to 3-0, then it ended 3-2 with two late goals, could only happen to me.

Sooooooooooooo hungover today desperate for a football game to bet on, and I've found one. The Euro U21 starts today on Sky at 5pm, I reckon England could win it, Spain don't have the players coming through they had about 5 years ago, the likes of Bojan and Jeffren won't make it at Barca, and two years ago with similar squads England battered them 2-0. Am ganna stick £100 on England to win it at 5/1 with Hills.

Also today look at this Iceland v Belarus. In qualifying Iceland beat GERMANY 4-1, beat Northern Ireland away 6-2, and beat Scotland twice. Belarus went through a shite group and couldn't beat Scotland twice. That evidence in itself is enough for me to stick 20 quid on Iceland @ 6/5.

COME ON YOU ABSOLUTE VOLCANIC CUNTS AT LEAST HAVE A SHOT! 4FS

Such a weird result, Iceland should have found it pretty easy going against the Belarusians (Sp?) and dominated them possession wise, but up pops that Dragoon kid with a corking run and whammo, Iceland 1-0 down and one man down...

Saw nothing of that Sigurdsson to warrant his praise.. (No doubt we should spend £50m on him though, y'know, to show "Ambition")

Aye nice one. I've got £20 e/w on Dubawi Gold 14/1 in the next. It won't win, but it should come first three. The fav is 1/10 with the tote.

Yeah, my tipster says there's no point betting on this one, but I've had a punt on Dream Ahead on 12s Each way

What he says about today.

Hi David

An excellent start to Royal Ascot with 3 winners from 3 races producing +34 points at Betfair SP (although I managed to get 14-1 on Prohibit).

On to today:

305 Windsor Forest Stakes

Seta 2 points win and Music Show 2 points win

Seta 134 9/2

Sajjhaa 134 9/2

I'm a Dreamer 134 9/2

Music Show 132 5/1

Lolly for Dolly 131 11/2

Drever Dream 129 13/2

Seta is a typical Luca Cumani horse which improves as they mature. Seta's return to the track at Goodwood in APril showed that she had matured and will be a big danger today. Music Show has been disappointing this season however Richard Hughes maintains she is brilliant and this retun to a mile and against her own sex should bring out the best in her. Main dangers Sajjhaa and I'm a Dreamer.

345 Prince of Wales Stakes

Planteur 3 points win

Planteur in my view is the best/quickest 10 furlong horse in Europe and his price against the hype of So You Think is double what it should be. Perhaps So You Think is the best horse since Pegasus but I wouldn't back him at 1.40 on Betfair! Planteur won the Prix Ganay in a scorching time LTO and the form of that race has worked out brilliantly.

425 Royal Hunt Cup

Point North 2pts win and Start Right 2 points win

Green Destiny (non runner) 136 4/1

Dance and Dance 131 9/2

Point North 130 9/2

Eton Forever 127 6/1

Start Right 127 6/1

I would have selected Green Destiny but he is a non runner due to the going. Point North is very lightly weighted and not badly drawn, although his form is mainly on the all weather I do not see any reason he cannot reproduce it on turf. Start Right has suffered from being poorly drawn the last few runs so I would expect a better showing today being drawn in the middle, which gives him the option of going across to the stand side.

535 Sandringham Handicap

Rhythm of Light 2pts win and Winter's Knight 2 points win

Humdrum 136 10/3

Dubai Queen 135 7/2

Rhythm of Light 130 5/1

Winter's Knight 130 11/2

Cape Dollar 122 12/1

Rhythm of Light is a beautiful filly and Tom Dascombe's 2 year olds are going well this season. Second last time ut in a hot race she won the previous start despite meeting traffic problems which is usually a sign of a good horse. Winter's Knight although lightly raced she has been runnning well against the colts and should flourish now back against fillies.

As a matter of interest my selections for the other two races would have been 230 Jersey Stakes Havane Smoker and Oracle and 500 Queen Mary Stakes Shumoos.

425 Brittania Handicap

Sagramor and Chain Lightning

Sagramor 137 5/1

Chain Lightning 136 5/1

Common Touch 135 5/1

Tropical Beach 134 11/2

Ektibaas 131 13/2

Sagramor is the class in this race and has won over the distance, despite a 8lb rise should still be progressing and can win this. Chain Lightning is an improver and has won his only start of the season - again comes from the in form Richard Hannon yard. Any rain would help his chances. Others with chances are Tropical Beach (tipped by Pricewise) and Ektibaas.

535 King George V Stakes Handicap

Apache and Purification

Census 134 5/1

Sud Pacifique 134 5/1

Apache 133 11/2

Brown Panther 133 11/2

Purification 132 11/2

Apache is saddled with top weight but holds multiple Group 1 entries so is obviously highly thought of by Ballydoyle. Already a distance winner can win this before moving up to Group races. Purification appears to have been saved for this and won easily LTO against horses which have run well since. Distance should be no problem. Brown Panther would have been considered but was tipped by Pricewise and the value has gone. A tough race but hopefully Apache can prove his class.

Good luck.

Hi David

Hopefully we can continue in the same vein today and add to the +54 points won at Ascot this week and over 110 points profit in June.

We have a selection in each race but three of the six races provide a single selection and we are investing a total of 19 points:

230 Albany Stakes

Teolane 2 points at BF SP

Teolane 132 3/1

Interobil 132 5/1

Sajwah 132 11/2

Illaunglass 131 11/2

Teolane can continue Jim Bolger's excellent record here - he only seems to send horses over with a good chance of winning. Teolane won a listed race last week in Ireland. Main dangers are Internobil and Sajwah but I expect Teolane's proven class to prevail.

305 King Edward VII Stakes

Glen's Diamond and Genius Beast both 2 points win

Glen's Diamond 133 4/1

Nathaniel 131 5/1

Mijhaar 131 9/2

Alexander Pope 129 6/1

Both selections are improving types with Glen's Diamond meeting the key trends for this race and Genius Beast looking good last couple of runs. Main danger could actually be Glencadam Gold which is a complete outsider from Sir Henry's stable and possibly the unexposed Mijhaar from the Roger Varian string.

345 Coronation Stakes

Theyskens' Theory and More Than Real both 2 points win

Joviality 134 4/1

Theyskens' Theory 132 9/2

Together 130 5/1

More Than Real 128 6/1

Memory 126 15/2

Theyskens' Theory was tipped by Cleeve last time out when running out an easy winner and I started to think of this race then. Good winning strike rate and proven on going with give and over the distance will be key today. More Than Real is from the top US trainer Todd Pelcher who again is leading money maker in the US in 2011. Relatively unexposed she won a Graded race for £333k last time which shows her class hopefully she can adapt to UK conditions. Jovialty was ruled out on class basis rather than potential. Main threats will come from the classic fillies Together and Memory.

425 Wolverton Handicap (Listed)

Green Destiny 2 points win

Green Destiny 136 11/4

Shamali 131 5/1

Beachfire 130 11/2

Lost in the Moment 128 6/1

Bea Remembered 125 8/1

The main threat to Green Destiny could well be from stable mate Shamali. Green Destiny would have been a much bigger bet but for his price. Balducci might be interesting at decent odds but he does not appear to have recovered from being very badly barged and injured early in 2010.

500 Queen's Vase

Regent Street 3 points win

Eternal Heart 133 4/1

Solar Sky 133 4/1

Regent Street 130 5/1

Ittirad 130 5/1

Namibian 125 8/1

Regent Street is the class animal here and has run well against both Recital and Memphis Tennessee (two of the Ballydoyle Derby colts). This race has been won by O'Brien and Mark Johnston on a regular basis and the main threats will come from Johnston's Eternal Heart and Namibian (preference due to ground for the latter).

535 Buckingham Place Stakes

Kalk Bay and King of Jazz both 2 points win

Our Jonathan 137 9/2

Free for All 136 9/2

King of Jazz 135 5/1

Kalk Bay 128 15/2

Rakaan 127 15/2

Our Jonathan is ignored despite his consistency due to the rise in weights this season. Free for ALl is probably a bit too inexperienced to win this race which can become a bit rough. Both King of Jazz and Kalk Bay are both proven performers and I think Kalk Bay has been aimed specifically at this race.
