wykikitoon 21263
Has common sense left this fucking country? Firstly. My gfriends grandad who is 87 needed a new cheque book. The bloke is housebound due to being frial (not Anna btw) and therefore my gfriends mother (his daughter) went into the bank and asked if they could send him one. The banks answer to this was "No we cant due to the data protection act" Well, this is fair enough in most cases but as the cheque book would be sent to his house whats that got to do with the Data Protection FUCKING act?! She explained his age and situation and they still wouldnt fucking budge! Secondly. I signed up for a sharesave thing at work. When I got a confirmation certificate through they had put me down as a MISS and not a MR. Anyways, I phone up and told them of THEIR error and the bloke on the phone said "We have two options, firstly you can write in with proof of your name change, or you can get one of your directors to email in with proof of the name change" Me - "Well, I havent had a name change. As you can clearly see, my first name CLEARLY gives it away there has been an admin error and I havent actually had my name changed" Them - "Like I say Mr Giles, we have they only two options available" Me - "Well, Like I say I havent had my change or even gender changed. I had a penis when I signed up and I still have" Them - "There isnt anything I can do Mr Giles, you need to do as I say" Me - "I dont have any evidence of a name change as I havent had my fucking name changed" Them - "Well Mr Giles, whats the problem?" Me - Phone Down and Nearly Crying FUCKING COCK SUCKERS!

Yes its very easy to say that, but you would thought in this day and age you could go into a bank and request, rather than ahving an old frial guy phoning a bank like that. He isnt with it half the time so its difficult asking him for passwords etc

Yes its very easy to say that, but you would thought in this day and age you could go into a bank and request, rather than ahving an old frial guy phoning a bank like that. He isnt with it half the time so its difficult asking him for passwords etc You think that we should be able to walk into a bank and request a chequbook for someone else. What if you're grandad had just died and nobody had got round to telling the bank. A nice fat chequebook going to an empty house? There are other valid reasons not to do it like. Agree with you on the second one though some call centre workers are just cunts.
