NobbySol 22
However, after the wigan game we've got about 10 tough games (excluding a couple), that i can't see us getting much from... in turn leaving us lagging behind teams such as villa and pompey. It's halfway through the season after Derby though (minus the re-arranged Man Utd. game which, fair enough, you wouldn't expect us to get much from). EDIT: I've removed the fixtures because I guess we're still not allowed to post them. You're right though, the next couple of months look bleak - we have Chelsea, Man Utd, Arsenal and Villa away. The home games against Man City, Bolton and Boro should be winnable though. Edited December 22, 2007 by Bombadil

Man city are poor away from home and i would expect victories against the other two relegation battlers.

JawD 99
Pish. West Ham score. That would jump them to 10th above us.
Craig 6702
Michael Wray's spreadsheet predictor doesn't look favourable for us... Reckons that we'll finish the season in 13th on 46pts
JawD 99
Could be a good shout. Be interesting to see if we do bring cover in for the African Nations as that could make a big difference depending on how injuries go.

Not really, it's not like I'm banging on about us getting into Europe etc. I think it's food for thought for the 'Allardyce out' lot though, i.e. you. backatcha. Tribal 0
...If we win tomorrow we'll be two points behind Portsmouth. Food for thought? Four points instead, Allardyce out. A team that finished 13th last season should be pushing to break into the top four now within five months of the new season whilst playing fluent, attacking, one-touch, free-flowing football.
