a 1960's NUFC top which arrived from Toffs this morning.

which I will be wearing at games from the above date

They are good tops mate, good quality, better than the current ones, its short sleeve and v neck. I have the blue away top from 1993-94, Brown Ale 1998 home one [which my daughter now has], the blue letter Northern Rock one. As I only wear them for games they are superceded and then someone buys me a new one so they sit in the wardrobe !!!!!

Theres a bloke in Afghanistan giving them to local football teams/kids and that.

 

Its free postage too and they were drawing interest from soccer am .

Good Man. Imagine you're in a gunfight with a load of insurgents in premier league strips. I couldn't help but not aim for anyone in a toon strip. I wouldn't want to lose us the war of terror.

i bet they didn't make them out of the horrible nylon material all modern kits are made of in those days.

 

heavy duty cotton type. Ironing may be a problem but Mrs Leazes will do that
